Give'r - Founder Talk

by Amanda Wengerd

Recently, I had the opportunity to attend a founder talk with Bubba Albrecht, founder of Give'r—and it felt like a full-circle moment. The event took place at the Family Office Winter Summit, which was presented by Living Well Family Foundation and sponsored by Integrity FinancialIntegrity IDF, Engel & Völkers Jackson Hole, Willow Street, and others.

In 2013, when Give’r was still in its toddler stage, I bought my husband a pair of winter gloves from a booth at the local farmers market in Jackson Hole. There was no big brand presence—just a great product and a clear promise: build gloves tough enough for mountain life and stand behind them for life.

At the talk, what stood out wasn’t hype or rapid growth. It was clarity. The company began by solving a real problem—worn-out gloves that couldn’t keep up with the demands of work and adventure in the Tetons. Instead of trying to serve everyone, Give’r focused on serving the right people well.

In a small town like Jackson Hole, earning trust is everything. Reputation travels fast. By listening to customers, delivering quality, and honoring a lifetime guarantee, Give’r built loyalty one relationship at a time.

Watching the brand grow from a farmers market booth to a nationally recognized name is a powerful reminder: sustainable success starts with solving real problems—and standing behind what you build.
