There are only a few areas that allow short term rental zoning like Teton Village at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and around Snow King Resort. Generally Teton County and surrounding counties are not the place to get a high return on your investment for year to year rentals. The real value is the appreciation of the home and land over time.
