Q2 Jackson Hole Real Estate Report
Election anxiety! That appears to be what we are seeing in the housing market. Inventory is rising and sales are slow, so in the realm of supply and demand we would expect price reductions, which we are seeing, but the market is still slower than the last couple of years. However there are a number of sellers who planned to sell this Summer and could be worried about carrying a home through the Winter. In the past, we have seen a flurry of activity after an expected milestone or change, so if you have been on the fence, right now might be a good time to negotiate for a particular property. As promised from my last newsletter, scroll down and read the whole Q2 Report.
