2024 - JACKSON HOLE REPORT
As a reminder the Jackson Hole Report, that has tracked statistics for the last 30 years is the most reliable report since it includes data for off market sales in addition to MLS transactions. This is the key reason why Zestimates are not necessarily a good picture for our particular market. Overall Market: More inventory at the end of 2024 (up by 11%) compared to 2023 caused a direct correlation with why we had more properties under contract as we stepped into 2025. Average listing price was down slightly (by 7%) and median listing price was in line with 2023 at $2.995M. Want to dig in to the numbers? Read the report below.
